The Wider Team give their time to help make church happen effectively. They're not there to do all the work themselves, but rather to support every member as a minister.

The Core Team is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the church, particularly in the areas of vision, growth and development.

The Senior Leaders oversee the spiritual life, vision and direction of all three congregations in the Woodlands Group of Churches.
